本網(wǎng)訊 目前，紫金礦業(yè)旗下卡莫阿-卡庫拉一期第一序列380萬噸/年采選工程整體施工已完成90%，將于二季度竣工，7月實(shí)現(xiàn)首批銅精礦生產(chǎn)。3月份，項(xiàng)目共采出40萬噸銅礦石、品位5.36%，地表堆場礦石儲備量攀升至256萬噸、品位約4.60%，銅金屬量超過11.7萬噸。
Zijin News, The construction of Kakula’s Phase 1 3.8Mtpa processing plant has completed 90% and is expected to complete by the end of June 2021. Phase 1 processing plant is scheduled to start production in July 2021. The construction of phase 2 3.8Mtpa processing plant has also progressed well. Kamoa-Kakula project has mined 400,000 tonnes of ore grading 5.36% copper in March which brings the total of ores contained by surface stockpiles to 2.56M tonnes with an average grade of 4.6%.

卡莫阿-卡庫拉銅礦擁有資源儲量超過4369萬噸，投產(chǎn)后將成為全球品位最高的大型銅礦，平均入選品位超過6.0%。初始年開采礦石380萬噸，其后于2022年三季度提升產(chǎn)能至760萬噸/年，年產(chǎn)40萬噸銅。
Kamoa-Kakula has more than 43.69 Million tonnes of copper resources. The average feed grade is over 6% which makes it become the highest grade copper mine in the world. The designed processing capacity is 3.8Mtpa in the first year and will increase to 7.6Mtpa in third quarter 2022 with annual production of 400 Thousands tonnes of copper.

項(xiàng)目一期二序列380萬噸/年選廠施工目前進(jìn)展順利，重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行的土方和土木工程均超過既定目標(biāo)，首批長周期設(shè)備已經(jīng)完成生產(chǎn)，并將于6月送達(dá)現(xiàn)場；正在談判鋼材、機(jī)械、管道和鈑金的安裝合同，預(yù)計(jì)近期達(dá)成協(xié)議。
鑒于當(dāng)前銅價(jià)持續(xù)向好（目前約9100美元/噸），卡莫阿-卡庫拉銅礦正加快研究新一期擴(kuò)建，計(jì)劃將選廠產(chǎn)能提升至1140萬噸/年，屆時(shí)年產(chǎn)銅將達(dá)到53萬噸。
Given the current copper price environment, Zijin and Ivanhoe are exploring the acceleration of the Kamoa-Kakula Phase 3 concentrator expansion from 7.6Mtpa to 11.4Mtpa, which would bring annual copper production to 530,000 tonnes.
卡莫阿-卡庫拉銅礦將ESG理念融入建設(shè)全過程。項(xiàng)目一期銅精礦銷售協(xié)議即將達(dá)成。按照世界標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，卡庫拉預(yù)計(jì)生產(chǎn)品位極高的清潔銅精礦 (銅品位超過55%)，砷含量極低、約為0.01%，將成為世界各地冶煉廠高度期待的綠色原料。
Kamoa-Kakula is nearing completion of agreements with respect to the sale of its copper concentrates during Phase 1 operations. Kakula is expected to produce an extremely high-grade, clean copper concentrate (containing over 55% copper) containing extremely low arsenic levels by world standards – approximately 0.01% that will be highly coveted by smelters around the world.

礦山還積極開展“可持續(xù)民生計(jì)劃”，持續(xù)做好用工本土化、種植園項(xiàng)目、縫紉就業(yè)項(xiàng)目及興建學(xué)校等。同時(shí)，項(xiàng)目還接入清潔、可再生水電；加拿大Hatch公司對項(xiàng)目2020年溫室氣體強(qiáng)度指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了獨(dú)立審核，確定項(xiàng)目將會成為全球單位銅溫室氣體排放最低的礦山之一。
Clean and renewable hydropower will be used for the project. A 2020 independent audit of Kamoa-Kakula's greenhouse gas intensity metrics performed by Hatch Ltd. of Mississauga, Canada, confirmed that the project will be among the world's lowest greenhouse gas emitters per unit of copper produced.
